TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Agreement Is Made By And Between DJ COMPANY And The CLIENT: 1. Please sign and return one copy with your retainer fee. 2. A retainer fee is required and must be received by the date given to guarantee services. 3 Please have (1) six or eight-foot table & electric connection ready for DJ arrival 4. If this agreement is breached, damages shall not exceed the amount due under this agreement. 5. Deposits are non-refundable. 6. Balance due to be paid (7) days prior to event or only cash balances will be accepted at event. 7. Your DJ Company reserve the right to substitute an entertainer in cases of emergency, illness or extenuating circumstances 8. We reserve the right to stop performance if unsafe conditions occur. The client hereby assumes responsibility for its guests, customers, and staff, and agrees to maintain conditions that will not inhibit the performance of the entertainer(s) nor cause loss, injury, or damage to the entertainer(s) or their equipment. 9. The client understands and agrees that this provision is a material provision of this agreement that is a part of the consideration involved in entering into the agreement, and the client would not have entered into this agreement except for inclusion of the provision herein. This agreement contains the entire agreements of both parties and is binding on both parties. Any future modification to this agreement will not be considered binding. gratuity is also greatly appreciated.
